About the event
Join us at The Barnes Foundation in celebration of Women's History Month and the 20th anniversary of the Taki Alsop Conducting Fellowship, an award and two year program supporting women conductors. Our program includes Anna Clyne's beautiful and energetic Dance featuring the luminous playing of cellist Inbal Segev and Brahms Symphony No. 3.
The event includes a conversation with composer Anna Clyne, soloist Inbal Segev, and conductor Jeri Lynne Johnson about the work Dance and the process of bringing it to life.
As part of The Barnes’ First Friday mixer, attendees receive early access to the exhibition Sue Williamson & Lebohang Kganye: Tell Me What You Remember before it opens to the public in addition to the collection galleries.
